Chris and Michelle rented this movie last night and we watched it. It was made in 2008. I wasn't really sure what to expect. I haven't seen Kirk Cameron act since 'Growing Pains'. I know toward the end of that series he became involved in a religion and became quite religious and is pretty selective in what he will now take on in a movie role. This was a good movie and has a positive message. It can apply to pretty much everything in life. It focuses on marriage. It turns a bad marriage into a good marriage. It can also turn a bad attitude of any part of life into a positive attitude in life. It brings our perspective of our individual life of where God is in our life. Is He part of it or not part of it? Great movie! :o)

Kirsten's Booties! Thank You Lisa!
Will these do the job? Hmm. I've been running 2-1/2 miles barefoot in my house in the mornings. I am leaving for Utah for awhile to visit our two daughters, Michelle and Julie, and their families. Woohoo! I need running shoes. Michelle runs and so I didn't have any running shoes. Today I picked some up. I put these shoes on and ran half a mile in the house and I have to tell you, my feet felt heavier! My knees kind of let me know they were there. Barefoot is so much nicer! This may take some getting used to!
Lisa made Kirsten these pink booties for her birthday and she has 'loved' them! She likes wearing them as they are so comfy! She prefers them over her shoes. Well I asked Lisa if I could hire her to make two more pairs. That meant I had to send the original ones back. Kirsten missed her booties!
When I opened the package that arrived today and showed Kirsten her booties she had the 'biggest' smile on her face. Drats! I should have had my camera ready! She didn't mind me putting them on her feet at all!
I had Lisa make her a tan pair and a blue pair. The blue pair are almost finished and will be sent as soon as they are done. Can you tell by the picture that Kirsten 'doesn't' want me to take them off?!!
I picked out the buttons and liked the design on them. The blue pair Lisa is making are a navy blue and have a lighter blue flower shaped button. I wanted all her booties to have different buttons. The booties fit her perfectly and she still has them on!
I tried to capture her smile 'before' that thumb went into her mouth! Thank you Lisa! Kirsten 'love, loves, lovessss her booties!!! :o)
